Each year, the World Ticket Conference attracts key decision-makers from the country's largest and most reputable ticket brokerage firms. We have once again expanded this year's Exhibit space to highlight Exhibitors, ensuring a focus on the time you have to interact with attendees formally during the conference day, and informally at our legendary networking/cocktail parties.
WTC25 Attendees are primarily business owners and key decision-makers. With a keen eye on technology and streamlining their complex businesses, our attendees always look for products and services that boost their bottom line or increase efficiency in their offices.
If you represent a group that sells tickets, makes ticket buying easier, facilitates ticket transactions, and assists with payments, accounting, marketing, advertising, shipping, or technology, the World Ticket Conference is where you must be this July.
If you are a company or person who represents bot or bot-adjacent technology that could be interpreted by law enforcement as a violation of laws that make bot use illegal, please do not apply. In the past, exhibitor displays that have not comported with this policy have been taken down immediately after being brought to conference organizers’ attention, and the exhibitor was warned and not welcomed back.
NATB advocated for the passage of the BOTS Act in 2016 as we fully support the banning of bots. There is no place in the system for illegal bot use. We stand for doing resale the right way, and passing strong laws to protect fans and competition across the ticketing industry.

Once again, for 2025, Exhibitor Booths will be located in the main reception area on the Omni hotel's second floor. Attendees will walk past the exhibit space to attend all sessions, meals, and cocktail parties, and the Exhbit space will serve as the primary holding space between sessions and panels.
